All I wanted to do was get my xbox 360 fixed. For the love of God please just fix my xbox 360. But no because YOU CANT UNDERSTAND THEM. It took 20 minutes just for them to get my email right. I'm the second owner of my now broken Xbox 360 -- BUT I have the ORIGIONAL Walmart reciept for when the previous owner bought it. I got the Red Ring of Death yesterday :-( sigh very sad.
